Utilities & Insurance
- Electricity: TBD paid directly to provider
- Water/Sewer: TBD paid along with rent

- Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider

Utility Billing Fees:
- New Account Fee: $10 (one time)
- Admin Billing Fee: $4.50 (monthly)

"variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the
owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or
guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the
same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive
usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with
your lease and water/sewer addendum).
